Safire has manufactured many carbon fibre parts in the past using abrasive waterjet to cut the parts from carbon fibre sheets and foam-cored carbon fibre sheets. Carbon fibre is an excellent material as it is very lightweight but very strong and rigid. Carbon fibre when used correctly can enhance your design ability and performance. Carbon fibre can be tricky to work with but Safire has the skills to supply quality, intricate features, parts and designs.

We have supplied waterjet cut slots in carbon fibre sheet giving your parts the ability to add straps and the ability to add fabrications to webbing if required.

This thicker carbon fibre part was waterjet cut from 5mm thick carbon fibre sheet and is the main mounting board for an assembly.

This mounting plate had keyholes cut into it so that other parts could slot onto it for a quick changeover of fittings when in use.
