Copper engine gaskets for Cosworth waterjet cut from 1.5mm thick copper sheet

These copper gaskets were produced for Cosworth. We were supplied the cad dxf file to use by Cosworth’s design department. Copper makes excellent gasket material for engines and as it is water jet cut, there is no heat in the cutting process which can affect the hardness of the copper. Also, there is minimal / no burrs after cutting meaning less post-finishing and nice crisp clean edges.
We can work from your cad files, a template and we can even digitize from your actual engine case.
